So apparently the losing litigants in https://law.justia.com/cases/indiana/supreme-court/2018/46s03-1706-pl-423.html figure that, after losing in the Indiana Supreme Court, that the path to victory is to lobby the state legislature to change the statutes to keep the pesky public off "their" beaches.
