Thought this was very interesting and kind of creepy.

Archaeologists from Indiana University Purdue University of Fort Wayne wrote a report of the 2003 discovery of human remains leftover from the old 19th century City graveyard which the now former Elston Middle/High School was constructed.

The report contains photos of one of the skulls with a hair comb, buttons from the clothes that were buried with the bodies and hinges and handles from the caskets.

Also gives a great account on the original construction of Elston High School.

Seems like a real waste that the school system would approve all that renovation to the Elston facility then a decade later close down the school.

Two wrongs don't make a right. Close it down, go ahead and knock it down too! Maybe you can use the property for a new High School in the year 2050.

I am curious to know why the report was titled "Ellen We Miss Thee At Home"?
