I'm sad to see them go. It wasn't the greatest pizza, but they were always very nice to us when we went.

That sounds like the business model that Wana Pizza uses.

When it opened and I was a helluva lot younger and I could tolerate it. Years rolled by and tastes refined. I would stop in about every year or so to see if I still hated it. Finally, I left it to the uninitiated and let it go.

Of course there might have been a bump for them to vacate as the new wave of businesses are rolling in.
