The Michigan City Street Department will begin fall leaf pickup on Monday, October 25, 2010. These will be picked up, in the front, by the Refuse Department with regular compost until the week ending November 19, 2010. Said we were supposed to be picked up by yesterday - working Saturday to get caught up. Mine and my neighbor's leaves have been out all week on Washington St. and not picked up as of Sunday a.m.
