michigan-city-sealThe City of Michigan City's Mayor Ron Meer invites the public to attend the 2015 Starry Nights Mayor's Ball. This year’s proceeds will benefit the Michigan City Women's Commission and the North Central Community Action Agency's Emmet D. Wise Neighborhood Center and George & Madeline Smrt Neighborhood Center.

The Mayor's Ball will be held at Blue Chip Casino's Stardust Event Center, Saturday, February 7, 2015, from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

"I am pleased to spotlight this year's community organizations. This event will raise monies to help remove barriers and contribute to the greater capacity of both organizations' potential," said Mayor Meer.

The evening will include hors d’oeuvres, cash bar, and celestial entertainment will be provided. The dress for the evening is black tie optional.

Tickets for the Mayor's Ball can be purchased at City Hall, 100 East Michigan Blvd. in Michigan City. The tickets are $100 per person. Sponsorships are also available.
