Early Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there! My father, former Michigan City, IN mayor Randall C. Miller, was honored in January by the Indiana General Assembly for his lifetime of service and commitment. This part touched me - SECTION 1: That the Indiana House Of Representatives mourns the passing of this outstanding man...
