Volunteers needed for help with triathlon

MICHIGAN CITY — The Michigan City Parks & Recreation Department is hosting its second annual Triathlon on Aug. 13 and 14, and is in need of volunteers to help run this event. The Triathlon is a swim/bike/run event that will be held in Washington Park and surrounding areas.

Volunteers are needed to help with registration, body marking, water stations, transition areas, food and water distributors and act as traffic guards.
