What a great idea! I saw a story on wndu.com about this, and loved the idea. Providing that local merchants and the Solid Waste District would jump on board, this would be fantastic for LaPorte County.

I always love new ideas for encouraging recycling. However I am not sure what monetary benefit this would be to the city/county and may actually cost money due to hiring or paying someone to administrate this program on a city/county basis.
