My Aunt called Irrigation Specialists to install an iron filter on their out door sprinkler system. The guy told her he had one on the truck. She paid him for the part and he said he would be back the next day. That was almost 6 weeks ago. He showed up a couple weeks ago to start the installation and said he would be back the next day to finish. Today he finally came to complete the project. He had one excuse after another why he couldn't come when he said he would come and always offered to come another day, only to provide an excuse for why he didn't show up then either. IMO, if you're going to tell someone, "I'll be there on this day" then SHOW UP ON THAT DAY!! Or at least call on that day to say you can't be there. Don't leave the homeowner hanging around waiting for an installation. Also, if the homeowner has already paid for the materials, then you ought to be installing it ASAP!

I will not recommend them.
