I see that OJ Simpson got 22 years which will break down to a possibility of 9 years with a parole.

What's your opinion on this?

My opinion is he broke the law and got what he deserved. That said, it's hard to believe OJ's dancing away from his murder trial wasn't on at least a few juror's minds. But he clearly broke several laws here. I'm wondering if OJ has ever tried to substantiate his actions. He say he was just trying to retrieve things that belonged to him - but I don't believe that gives him the right to break into a hotel room and hold people at gunpoint. I think I feel sorry for him in a way - but he still got what he deserved.

On a lighter note - what did OJ say to Nicole after he killed her?

"Your waiter will be right with you."

smile.gif Thank you for your thoughts smile.gif

I was wrong....the actual sentence was 33 years. But, he will get less time....how ever they work it out. But, watching CNN, he had some people think he'll have a hard time in jail because of who he is.

One person was worried about his well being because he has arthritis.

That makes me want to cry - how about you? smile.gif

The only way I'd cry over this is if I yanked out a nose hair. He'll be isolated in prison - arthritis didn't seem to slow him down on his way through that hotel room door. F him - don't do the crime if you can't do the time.
