Don't forget time change was this morning at 2 am!
So now we're 15 hours apart.
Got it.
The fall behind always messes me up. Spring ahead doesn't bother me, even though we lose an hour, but my body can't seem to adjust properly to the fall behind.
I end up going to bed way early, getting up too early, and feeling wore out all day long. It takes a couple weeks for me to get back into the swing of things.
I wonder if the lack of sunshine has anything to do with it?
