Please note that every restaurant on the list doesn't have a violation: some are listed as "zero violations."
They ought to print lists like this more often, and publish when/if violators come back into compliance. |

Please note that every restaurant on the list doesn't have a violation: some are listed as "zero violations." They ought to print lists like this more often, and publish when/if violators come back into compliance. They used to do this all the time. I think it was a monthly thing. They would list new inspections then list reinspections of places with critical violations the previous month. Wow - anyone know the parameters of that criteria? Like - does "critical violation" mean "eat this and you'll be writhing on the floor choking to death on your own swollen tongue"?
Anyone? |

NO, but alcohol kills germs. So, if you're going to eat at one of the places with a bad report, booze it up first and the alcohol will kill the germs in the food before they have a chance to kill you.

So, if you're going to eat at one of the places with a bad report, booze it up first and the alcohol will kill the germs in the food before they have a chance to kill you. I think you'd have to actually pour the booze ON the food for that to happen. But yeah - I definitely advocate drinking before - anything! Glad to see most of the schools in the MCAS were in pretty good shape. For as underpaid as they are, the staff at the MCAS really does one heck of a job.
On the other hand, I am NEVER going here again. It has always been a favorite of mine on the way back from my dads house, but no more. • Christo's Family Dining, 1462 W. Indiana 2, La Porte: nine critical violations and six non-critical violations. |

While not a big fan of the food, the Burger King in MC has a CLEAN culture thing going: I have seen regular workers drop cups and napkins on the floor, and they throw them out instead of using them.
