Will someone explain to me why the Mayor sent the head of the Sanitary District to a conference on after school programs?

Al Walus Michigan City But unfortunatly most of the funding from the schools that allowed these partnerships have been pulled, to fund the early learning center. Hope is not open now partly because of this. |
