Check the Larson case thread.

This is what I was referring to:

http://www.thenewsdispatch.com/news/articl...54113ce7ce.html

Technicalities are great when they're granted by a judge who's light on the facts. In fact, the actual technicalities mentioned were in no way prejudicial to the defendant.

Yeah - but there's already a thread about it.

Actually, there are no threads related to his discharge, the rationale for his discharge or the likelihood of an appeal by special prosecutor Levco. All critical items for discussion.

The legal system blew this case. I know you guys want to keep bumping this in the hopes of keeping it relevant and creating outrage, but Larkin won the moment the police and county violated his civil rights. Guilt or Innocence is secondary to the civil rights violation in the eyes of the law. There will never be justice in this case. This is exactly why our legal system has to be so perfect as to allow for a due process for everyone. Hopefully everyone can start to move on to the healing process because there will be no legal one.

You are correct the system has let the family and residents down, the healing process is a slow one but it is coming along. The sad thing is that POS SOB got away with murder and is walking around a free person ( I cant even call him a man more like a pussy) . And this POS is still going around bad talking the family. I just want the neighbors and community to remember that a MURDERER LIVES IN YOUR AREA !!!!

There is no need for the same information in two different threads.
