The first two new double-decker railcars were out testing yesterday; passed down 11th Street between 1 and 2 PM. They'll be out on the line periodically, during acceptance testing. Don't panic if you see them!

They have very comfortable seats, according to the Ass't CMO, with whom I spoke. The cars are likely sitting outside, probably visible from the Roeske Avenue bridge.
