Cedar's is at the site of the old Quality TV and Kaz's butcher shop. Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think this isn't related in any way to the old Cedar Sub Shop.

I stopped in with the family and enjoyed a Gyro. I would be interested in hearing from others how they stack up against Sahara's and King Gyros.

Oh, and for you Avenger's fans, they have shawarma.

I liked the gyros there, but next time I'm trying the shwarma.

I'll have to go there. It's been quite awhile since I've done one of my ever popular 5 star CBTL restaurant reviews.

Their food is fantastic. That's why I love living this close to Chicago all the great ethnic eateries which we get to indulge ourselves. 4 1/2 stars.

Cedar's Pita on Franklin St. has closed and are soon to be relocating to the former King Gyros building on the Boulevard.

That is good news because their food is really tasty and Michigan City really needs a couple more goods places to get something to eat along the Boulevard.
