"Starting at 6:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 13, INDOT will be grinding and patching the right westbound lane of Highway 20 at the Cleveland Avenue intersection.

Due to this road repair, Cleveland Avenue, between Highway 20 and Barker Road, will be closed to through traffic. Detours will be put in place. Southbound Cleveland Avenue traffic will be detoured at Barker Road and Northbound Cleveland Avenue traffic will be detoured at Highway 20.

The road repair is scheduled to be completed by the end of the day tomorrow, at which point Cleveland Avenue will be reopened to normal north/south traffic flow.

The City of Michigan City appreciates your patience and cooperation during this repair process. "
