Wow, when I opened mine, I thought...how did my house get assessed at this price? I realize this doesn't reflect the actual price I could get for my home...like an appraisal...but I'm paying taxes on this amount...even though it wouldn't sell for this price? I don't get it?
Can someone here explain what this all means to me? I'm lost.   Nothing is worth more than this day!
