 Watch out when you turn off Franklin Street to go to Horizon Bank or Jewel. The potholes are wicked...need to be fixed asap!!!!! Wanna report potholes you've found in M.C.?  Nothing is worth more than this day!

I'm not sure if that is a public street or if that is a driveway? Can anyone shed more light on that?

Good question. If it's a drive, then it would be equally owned by Horizon and Jewel? It leads to Ruby Woods too. Hummmmm!?
