The state reports adjusted gross revenue was $187 million, compared to $178 million during the same month last year. Of the state's 13 gaming operations, 10 reported increases in revenue, including Ameristar Casino Hotel in East Chicago, which was up $2.1 million to $20.9 million. Blue Chip Casino Hotel in Michigan City saw a $1.8 million increase, bringing its February total to $13.2 million. |

The Elston Class of 73 (mostly Long Beach kids) is planning on a reunion for the weekend after labor day. The Blue Chip must be doing well because they certainly don't discount and they have a lot of demand. They don't have the rooms we need at an affordable price. I wish they had lower rates, but if they are filling up and making money, well "more power to em." |
