The cost is $45 per person. A champagne reception and hors d'oeuvres will be available at 6 p.m. with dinner seating at 7. Reservations may be made by calling 219-874-4355 or at www.Barker-Hall.com. In addition to hors d'oeuvres, the menu will include cream of barley, poached salmon with mousseline sauce, prime rib of beef, chateau potatoes, green peas, creamed carrots, punch Romaine, cold asparagus vinaigrette, paté and Waldorf pudding. |
