City by the Lake.org, The Voice of Michigan City, Indiana _ City Talk _ Washington Park shut down again

Starting yesterday all of Washington Park is shutdown for at least a week, but the Council can extend for up to a month. This includes the Zoo, Fedders Alley and everything else down there.

Council voted 6-3 against leaving it closed, so it sounds like Friday the park will reopen.

The order has been extended another week by the mayor.
