Big news from the Planning Commission meeting last night. The former Memorial Hospital sight now has a plan in place for a new development on that spot. The plan is for a three story buildings to go up which will include a couple of retails spots along Pine, and 50 total high end apartments as rental units when the project is fully completed.

With the former Police Station site and 11th street sites with big projects set, the City is now looking to try to get the former Memorial Hospital site off of the ground again.
