Drove by the Eastgate Plaza this afternoon. The entire roof has been torn off the former Rent A Center store between the Family Dollar and the closed up beauty supply store.
I drove behind the plaza and the electrical system that services the abandoned grocery store looks like it could start a fire. The parking lot is pathetic. Eastgate plaza reminds me of the former Kmart and Zayre plaza on U.S. 20 in the Miller section of Gary. The Beacon Site says the owners of the Eastgate Plaza are based out of Baltimore, MD http://beacon.schneidercorp.com/Applicatio...134105012000022 |
