City by the Lake.org, The Voice of Michigan City, Indiana _ City Talk _ Will there be a Farmer's Market this year?

Jerry Peters, who was murdered in November, organized the Farmer's Market at Washington and 8th.

Does anyone know if someone else has stepped up to organize it this year?

The Farmer's Market had grown nicely the past few years, and it was a great draw for the city. It would be a real shame if it's not happening anymore.

They are supposed to have it this year. IIRC, they gave it a fancy new name too.

Same location, though that almost didn't happen.
