Does anybody know if Pottawatomie Park residents have city water, sewer and refuse services or if all the homes are on septic, well and contracted garbage pick-up?
There are a few really nice homes up for a minimum $250.00 bid on the upcoming commissioners deed tax sale. |

I asked at the water works today and the superintendent informed me that everyone has city water but only a few homes has city sewer and just about every one is on septic. I also drove around yesterday and today must have been garbage day because everybody had their republic trash toters out to the curb so that means they have contracted garbage pick-up.
The superintendent of the water works was a really smart guy. |
