Anyone have feelings, comments, etc on this situation they want to share? Some of the discussions I have seen have been pretty interesting, and I was curious what everyone here felt.

Well, it was a pretty crass remark. Was he drunk or something? Or does he always talk that way?

I have never been impressed by his "humor." He proves that he is the axehole we thought he was.
I would suggest reading a few essays in the issue of TIME--I will see if I can get the citations or scan them. . |

Here's what I don't get.
Imus said "nappy headed ho" and gets fired first. Bernard McGuirk, the start of that aside that got Imus fired and used a much worse racial slur immediately after, didn't get fired until this past Friday. How does that make sense? Please help me fight HIV/AIDS with the Empire State AIDS Ride.
