BREAKING NEWS: All South Shore train service is temporarily suspended. There has been a CN freight train derailment at Broadway in Gary north of the South Shore tracks. Hazmat is on the scene to clean up a gas leak from the derailment. Hazmat crews will determine when it is safe to for trains to resume transportation.
