Gee, Roger, talk about shooting fish in a barrel! Considering their track record, most thinking people (I generally put myself in this category) wouldn't trust the folks in the city's executive branch to locate their own behinds with both hands, let alone execute a multimillion dollar job with any degree of expertise.
