Does anyone know what is being built just east of the Woodland and Pahs intersection. It has a rather large footprint, so I was wondering if it is another apartment complex.

I am the Pastor of New Creation, on the corner of Woodland and Pahs. About two years ago we had some military guys stop in at our school and asked what the purpose of our facility was and told us that they were looking at near by land. So that seems to make sense.
