Walked passed the J.C. Penney store the other day. Looked liked a former Soviet Union Moscow department store. Everything was marked off 50%. Alot of big box name retail stores will soon share a similar fate.

It's just a matter of time for some of the new stores in the Dunes Plaza as well. Corporate will look to cut back by shutting down their underperforming locations and Michigan City will be at the top of the list.
