QUOTE Jones Leaving PNC Deborah Sederberg The News-Dispatch WESTVILLE - Jeff Jones will leave Purdue University-North Central as its associate vice chancellor of engagement for a step up at Indiana University-South Bend. Beginning Nov. 1, Jones will be IUSB's vice chancellor for student affairs and enrollment. Here, Jones said his job was to connect PNC to the community. He fulfilled that mission with a number of projects. He has been responsible for K-12 outreach programs, student service learning projects, continuing education and a number of economic development projects. He also has been an active member of the Michigan City Area Chamber of Commerce. The president of the Michigan City Area Schools board, Jones first was appointed to fill a vacancy, but then won re-election. He plans to continue on the School Board, where he has been an active cheerleader for the strategic plan. "I'll be living here and commuting to South Bend," he said. |

I will say PNC has really taken a nice leap forward while Jeff was out there. It also wouldn't surprise me to see that is the only term that is served on the school board by Jeff.

Is he one of the good guys on the Board? seems mixed to me. I guess I would like more turnover.
