What is going on with the new parking lot by Beachwalk and the sign about changes in Moon Valley?

there were plenty of parcels when I was online looking for land. i'm guessing that development will be hopping back there which is good for tax base but will erase a very cool area of dunes. i see a very congested area there where LSD will meet the new entrance to the divisions.
