Gov. Eric Holcomb announced Tuesday he has appointed Gary Mayor Karen Freeman-Wilson, Porter County Commissioner Jeff Good, Michigan City Mayor Ron Meer, and St. Joseph County Commissioner Andrew Kostielney to the Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District board.
