So as of now it sounds like it is going to be a pretty decent snow. NOAA.com is projecting MC to get hit with 6-10 inches of snow today. Already this morning the schools had a two hour starting delay.

My question is does anyone remember it taking until January 16th to get the first snow that actually covered the ground in Michigan City?

Well the lake effect ended up hitting both sides of MC, but not really getting MC too badly. We got probably 3 inches of snow or so. Not too bad.
