First regular non-summer-only job--washing dishes and prep cook at The Pub-age 12. Otherwise, scraping and painting boat hulls at South Lake Marine...I still cough up the blue dust every once in a while. Oh, yeah, I was a boat boy for a charter fisherman, as well. Le Grande Dame was the boat...nasty gig...fish guts and drunk tourist puke. A boat boy for a charter fisherman? Don't you mean an apprentice baiter? |

Yeah - that whole "boat boy" thing - sounds like a lot of carpet got chewed. latent Buy Local!

Not exactly MC...but it was close enough: The Whirlpool distribution center on 1900 Whirlpool Drive. I mean really....it was a GREAT place to work. |
